Ingredients
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about half a lemon)
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup (grade A or B)
1 pinch cayenne pepper
10 ounces filtered water
Instructions
1. Combine lemon juice, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper in a glass.
2. Add filtered water and stir well until fully mixed.
3. Drink slowly like a regular beverage, not all at once.
4. Repeat this mix 6–10 times per day, depending on your needs.
5. If doing multiple days, make a batch in the morning to sip throughout the day.
6. Use a salt water flush in the morning if desired, as part of the routine.
7. After 3–5 days, ease off the cleanse with orange juice and light soups before reintroducing solid foods.
