Description
A simple, soothing gelatin drink you can take before meals to support fullness, curb cravings, and build a gentle wellness habit.
Ingredients
1 tsp unflavored gelatin powder
½ cup hot water (not boiling)
Optional: 1 tsp lemon juice or 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
1. Add 1 tsp gelatin to a mug.
2. Pour in hot water while stirring constantly.
3. Add lemon juice or ACV if desired.
4. Let cool slightly.
5. Drink while warm, 15–30 minutes before meals.
Notes
Avoid boiling water to prevent clumping.
Best enjoyed fresh; don’t let it gel in the cup.
