Description

This Garlic Brown Sugar Pork Tenderloin is sweet, savory, and perfectly juicy. Glazed and roasted in under 30 minutes, it’s an easy dinner everyone loves.


Ingredients

1 (1.5 lb) pork tenderloin

3 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup brown sugar

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Salt & pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Mix garlic, sugar, soy sauce, mustard, and oil into a thick paste.

3. Rub tenderloin with glaze; season with salt and pepper.

4. Place on foil-lined baking sheet and roast 25–30 minutes.

5. Use a thermometer to ensure internal temp reaches 145°F.

6. Remove from oven and let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.

7. Drizzle with reserved glaze or pan juices before serving.

Notes

Optional: Reserve 1 tbsp glaze before cooking and heat it separately to brush over finished pork.

Let pork sit at room temperature 15–20 mins before baking for even cooking.
